Whether at their request or the company’s, when employees transfer a number of issues can arise. For example, who pays for the cost of the transfer? Who is permitted to transfer? What impact is there on salary? Is there any impact on benefits? Is there any guarantee how long the job will last? Is there a limit to the number of times an employee can transfer?
