Download

Employers are concerned not only with the amount of and receipts for business expenses, but also where and how that money is spent. For that reason, some employers have a policy regarding documents to be submitted for reimbursement and where the entertainment may take place. Still others restrict the type of entertainment. For example, some companies do not reimburse employees for the purchase of alcohol. Others do not reimburse expenses for "gifts." Some policies address entertainment of the company's clients and employees. The following information will aid you in designing a policy that focuses on the type and location of entertainment for customers and employees. Use this "Entertainment Expenses" policy template to create a policy that fits the needs of your organization.
