COVID-19 Vaccination Paid Leave
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration's (OSHA) emergency temporary standard (ETS) requires employers with 100 or more employees to implement a program of COVID-19 vaccination or testing. Even if the standard is struck down, employers can make vaccination a condition of employment, and a permanent injunction against the COVID-19 ETS won't interfere with state legislatures' or Congress' right to mandate the vaccinations.
