Business Travel Expenses

policy
Download

When employees are expected to travel for work, their expenses are often covered by the organization. There are many reasons to establish a comprehensive business travel expenses policy. For example, if your company is a large, multiple-location firm where travel to other jobsites or company divisions is a common requirement, you are likely to have a great deal of requests for business expense reimbursements. Even smaller companies may have extensive business travel expenses for employees who are engaged in marketing and sales. In fact, an employee travel expense policy may be more essential for small business than for large businesses, which are much less likely to need to minimize travel costs. Use this "Business Travel Expenses" template to create a policy that fits the needs of your organization.
