NLRB General Counsel plots new course for agency
As predicted in the September FELI, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) General Counsel (GC) Crystal Carey has set a new course for the Republican-controlled Board. Following soon after the installation of new member James Macy creating a three-member GOP Board, Carey has issued a memorandum identifying key labor law precedents she seeks to overturn or modify.
