You can say what?! NJ District Court rejects hostile work environment claims

On July 29, 2023, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey granted an employer’s request for dismissal without a trial, most notably finding that racist and sexual comments the employee used to support a hostile work environment claim didn’t rise to the “severe and pervasive” standard necessary.
