Sounds like a good idea: EEOC proposes PWFA regulations

On August 7, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) issued its proposed regulations implementing the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), an amendment to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Act sounds harmless, doesn’t it? After all, who can argue with basic fairness, the laudable desire to start a family, and reasonably accommodating a pregnant employee in her work duties? But beware. Just as you can never be just a little bit pregnant, you can also never be just a little bit into legal reform. In for a dime, in for a dollar, as we will now see.
