OSHA issues employer vaccination/testing mandate

On November 4, 2021, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) released its Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) governing COVID-19 vaccinations and testing mandates. In brief, the ETS requires all covered employers to ensure by January 4, 2022, that their employees are either fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or submit to weekly COVID-19 testing.
