6 general rules for large employers in OSHA’s ETS on vaccine mandates, weekly testing

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) released a COVID-19 emergency temporary standard (ETS) on November 4. It set in motion a package of requirements for employers with 100 or more employees to ensure all of them (1) are either fully vaccinated or (2) produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis before coming to work. What employers must do

Employers must implement COVID-19 vaccine policies, leave, and masking requirements by December 5, 2021, as well as testing rules by January 4, 2022. Here are six general requirements:
