Time to ring in a couple of new employment laws for 2018!

You should be prepared to hit the new year running by updating your employee handbook, employment policies and practices, and job applications to comply with California's myriad new employment laws. This article address two significant California employment laws that will take effect in the new year: the New Parent Leave Act and the California "ban-the-box" law.
