EEOC wants employers to know that the agency is back with a vengeance

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is the federal administrative agency responsible for investigating complaints of employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, and genetic information - and it's stepping up its investigation activities.
